Prospective authors are invited to submit original research papers in electronic format through Easy Chair. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Easy Chair to log on.
All submissions must be in English language only. Papers submitted should comply with the IEEE format, specifications guideline. The manuscript submitted to BSB-2018 should be prepared with general headings like Title, Name of authors, Institutional address, Email ID, Mobile Number, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Result and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgment, and References. Authors are requested to submit the full paper (Maximum 4 pages, double-column A4) using the IEEE conference template. The IEEE paper template can be downloaded from the IEEE website.
All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers (both oral presentation and poster presentation) will be communicated to authors by email. The shortlisted papers will be called for oral presentation whereas few may be invited for poster presentation.
If selected for poster presentation: Manuscript accepted as poster will be notified to the author for poster presentation. The poster size should be of 36 x 48 inches preferably, which will be exhibited at the conference venue. The poster should carry the context of the study along with major findings and results therein.
One best presenter each from oral presentation category and poster presentation category will get cash award along with a certificate of appreciation.
Journal special issues
Organizers of BSB-2018 are working hard to include few highly reputed journals (SCI, ESCI, SI), to publish selected papers in respective special/regular journal issues. The specific journal to which each manuscript (accepted in BSB-2018) may be sent, will be decided as per the track of the accepted paper in consultation with reviewing committee members.
The Author (Corresponding) will be notified about the layout format and other internal requirements of the said specific journal to which the manuscript needed to be submitted, with sufficient extension of their work. The extended submission of the accepted manuscripts will be considered for publication in one of the following journals (either through special issue or regular issues)
However, the organizer of BSB-2018 is working closely with several other journal publication house for publication of accepted and extended BSB-2018 submissions.
