Registration Details

  1. It is advised that the candidates should visit conference website regularly for updates.
  2. Only registered participants are allowed to attend the conference.
  3. Each participant must fill up the separate registration form.
  4. In case of students, the valid proof is required at the registration counter at the time of the conference.
  5. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference in order to include the paper in the Conference Proceeding/ Special Issue of Journals (To get the list of journals, please check the Call for Paper).
  6. In the case of registration of multiple papers from the same author (i.e. same presenter) in a particular category, at least one paper has to be registered without any concession, whereas, remaining papers can be registered at a discounted rate of 50% in the same category.
  7. If multiple authors of the same paper are attending the conference, then at least one of the author (preferably paper presenter) has to pay the full registration fee, whereas, rest of the authors can get 40% discount. Different registration forms are required for each author.
  8. Registration for paper presenter/listener includes Conference Registration, Registration Kit, Breakfast, Conference Tea, Lunch, Dinner.
  9. Accommodation will be given on availability basis on payment of extra charge (see more into Accommodation).
  10. Authors are required to send the Scanned copy of completed and duly signed registration form, Bank transaction receipt along with signed copyright form to the conference organizer by email
  11. The physical copies of the registration form, payment DD or Bank transaction receipt along with signed copyright form must be sent by Speed Post/Courier before the due date to the following address:

Confirmation of participation
The Conference Secretariat will confirm the participation upon receiving the registration and payments. No participation confirmation letters/mail will be sent before all the payments have been received.

Cancellation and refund policy
Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in written form to

If a cancellation for the participation should be received by September 30th, 2018; the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of Rs.1000. No refunds of the delegate fee or registration fees can be made for cancellations after the said deadline. Please note that nonpresence (no-show) during the event does not constitute the cancellation, In a case of no-show, there will be no refund of any payments. Please note that in the case of denied visa application, the same cancellation and refund policies will apply as for other cancellations.
